We love Elmo!

Nolan is a big Elmo fan these days! On Friday, I dressed Ella in an Elmo onesie that Mimi and Nolan picked out for her, and once Nolan saw her, he was so excited, screaming "Melmo, Melmo!" We dressed Nolan in the Elmo outfit Santa brought him and had to snap a few cute pictures. Notice that Santa even brought an Elmo chair for our biggest Elmo fan!

Evicted!

Thursday night, December 27th, was Ella's first night in her own room. At six weeks old, and sleeping longer periods at a time, we decided it's time for her to leave mommy and daddy's room. For one thing, she's such a little grunter that we weren't able to rest very well with her in our room. She grunts even when she's sleeping!

Once we were finally able to get her to go to sleep at 12:30 a.m., she did great! She slept until about 7:00, and we all felt well rested. Yea, Ella!

Nolan's First Haircut

At 20, almost 21 months, we took Nolan for his first haircut today. We took him to a place where he sits in a car and can watch cartoons while getting his hair cut; he thought that was pretty fun! They also saved a lock of his hair and took his picture, too. Nolan did such a great job sitting still and letting the lady cut his hair. He's such a handsome boy!

Christmas '07

What an exciting Christmas for the Morris family! This was our first Christmas in our home. We began our celebration with the Kling side of the family attending church together. Afterwards, we had such a wonderful time spending Christmas Eve at Mimi and Papa's house.

To Nolan's surprise, Santa had visited our house while he was asleep, and he awoke to find many wonderful toys under the Christmas tree. What fun it is to see the joy and excitement in a child's eyes as we celebrate the birth of our Savior!

We spent Christmas afternoon at our house with the Morris side of the family. It's so fun to gather with family and enjoy each other's company, especially during the holidays!
